Kneading machine

一.  Purpose and characteristics

The kneading machine is a pasta processing equipment,Suitable for making all kinds of pasta,Knead and press all kinds of crisps,Tenacity dough,To make food fluffy,Fragrant and sweet,Good taste,Whiteness increase,It's making bread,Patch,Examination paper,Necessary equipment such as steamed bread.

二.  Usage and maintenance

1.      Before use, check whether each fastener is loose, each lubricating part is full of lubricating oil, check whether the adjusting hand wheel is flexible, idle by hand and then connect the power supply, and idle for 5-10 minutes according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the belt guard

2.      Mix the dough on the dough mixing machine, sprinkle the dough with flour and place it at the entrance of the machine, adjust the gap between the upper and lower rollers (4-10) so that the dough slowly enters between the two rollers and knead

3.      Turn the dough in the positive and negative directions several times by rolling until it reaches the required hardness. The thickness of the dough can be adjusted according to the actual needs, and each adjustment should be less than 1mm

4.      After each use, the machine shall be cleaned and stored in a dry and ventilated place. For a long time, it is not necessary to apply edible oil on the surface of the roller and wrap it with paper

5.      Add lubricating grease to the rotating part of the machine and the bearing according to the use condition

三.  Matters needing attention

1.      Keep in mind that when the machine is running, do not extend your hands over the bumper

2.      The protective cover of each part shall not be removed without permission

3.      The ground wire must be grounded as required to prevent electric shock

4.      In case of any fault in the work, stop the machine immediately and power off for maintenance
